The undertone is steady to at times firm. Present supplies vary and are light to mostly moderate for needs. The National shell egg inventory is 2.1 percent lower when compared to the previous week. Offerings are moderate, while light to moderate in California. Demand into the retail channel is moderate to good with distributive demand very light to occasionally moderate. Market activity is moderate to instances active. Breaking stock floor stocks are moderate to available; breaking schedules are full-time. Breaking stock inventory is up 4 percent from last week. Light type fowl offerings are adequate for the slow demand.
