IMPORT BEEF TRADE

Compared to Last Week: Imported beef prices were mostly steady to weak.
Lower domestic lean prices and weak food service demand pressured prices.
Early reports about the New Zealand cow and bull harvest have shown that the
bull numbers were about as expected but cow numbers were lower than
anticipated.

**This report will be published on Wednesday, 12/23/20 next week as our
offices will be closed Dec. 24th and 25th due to Federal Holidays**
